Cancellation Policy:Effective September 1, 2026, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

First missed appointment or late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice): A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost will be charged.

Second and any subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations: A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled appointment cost will be charged.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, weather or emergencies at the clinics’ discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Wait List: If the appointment slot you are looking for is unavailable, please join our wait list located at the bottom of the scheduling calendar. For returning patients, please select Chiropractic Adjustment (not New Patient Assessment).

Dr. Elizabeth grew up in Port Elmsley, just outside of Perth, ON. After years of chiropractic care to support her overall health and well-being, she decided to become one herself. She completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology at McMaster University (2011), followed by a Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (2014). When Dr. Elizabeth wasn’t studying, she participated in volunteer programs that allowed her to gain valuable experience working with seniors and special needs individuals.

Chiropractic Techniques include: Sigma Instruments (ProAdjuster), Activator Method®, Cranial Release Technique®, Cranial Adjusting Turner Style (C.A.T.S.). She has additional training in orthotics, posture & ergonomics, radiology and nutrition & supplementation.

Wen Ti is a Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, registered with CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario). She is dedicated to bridging ancient wisdom with modern, evidence-based healthcare, holding an advanced TCM diploma from Humber College that grounds her practice in clinical precision. As a recent graduate of Algonquin College, Hannah is excited to join the team at Trillium Family Chiropractic. During her time at Algonquin, she had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including pediatric and prenatal clients, individuals requiring trauma-informed care, scar tissue management, and post-operative support. She has a particular interest in lymphatic drainage and temporomandibular (TMJ) therapy and plans to pursue further education in these areas.

Hannah enjoys getting to know her clients and working collaboratively with them to support their individual health and wellness goals. She strives to create a safe, comfortable environment where clients can relax, feel supported, and focus on their well-being.

Alanna Dyer graduated from a three year massage therapy program at Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2015. Alanna is a mom of three little girls and understands how important it is to take care of yourself first. She is happy to accommodate children and babies of all ages to your massage treatments if needed. While Alanna has a passion for prenatal and postnatal treatments, she also treats a variety of conditions. She uses a wide range of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point release, lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy and of course, relaxation. She believes that Massage Therapy is an effective way to maintain a healthy balance both physically and emotionally. Colleen Matthews joins us as an osteopathic manual practitioner and is a member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN) and the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO).

Colleen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies as well as a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. After graduating, she put her knowledge to work as a personal trainer, leading group exercise classes and later working with youth and individuals with disabilities at outdoor education facilities.

Colleen was interested in furthering her education and was intrigued by the science and philosophy of osteopathy, including the accessibility and effectiveness of treatment. Colleen earned her four-year degree as an osteopathic manual practitioner at The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario.

As a Reiki, Master Teacher & Energy Practitioner, Moe brings over 20 years of experience in energy work, along with a background as an Occupational and Physical Therapy Assistant. Her work has always focused on helping people function better, both physically and energetically. She is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.

Her Reiki journey began in the Rocky Mountains of Banff, Alberta, where she learned to work with energy in a grounded, nature-connected way. She’s an empath, intuitive, and energy practitioner who understands how deeply energy affects how we feel, heal, and move through life.

She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from KLE University,India (2019) and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Algonquin College (2021). Slesha began her career in orthopedics but was drawn to pelvic health as she sought a more complex and meaningful area of practice with stronger patient connection.
