Bridget completed the massage therapy program at Algonquin College in Ottawa. From there, she began her career working in a spa setting. With this background, she brings a quiet, calming approach to her treatments.

Her style is a slow, flowing Swedish technique. This does not create a deep tissue massage, but rather a pressure that the tissues can comfortably receive. She can also incorporate Aromatherapy into her treatments to further rejuvenate the mind and body. Bridget has additional training in prenatal massage and breast massage, and has experience in treating a variety of conditions.
