Osteopathy believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and regulate itself. By manipulating the structures of the body, we can influence their function and communication with other structures.
Removing restrictions of the tissues will facilitate an environment in which the body can improve its condition naturally.
Common reasons to seek osteopathic treatment include: muscle and joint pain, headaches, digestive complaints, acute pain and injuries, and chronic health condition effects.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps your body and mind relax, release, and rebalance. It supports your nervous system—particularly the parasympathetic response, which is your body’s “rest and digest” mode—so that real healing can take place. Reiki works on physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels, helping to clear out what feels heavy, stuck, or overwhelming.

As a Reiki, Master Teacher & Energy Practitioner, Moe brings over 20 years of experience in energy work, along with a background as an Occupational and Physical Therapy Assistant. Her work has always focused on helping people function better, both physically and energetically.

Her Reiki journey began in the Rocky Mountains of Banff, Alberta, where she learned to work with energy in a grounded, nature-connected way. She’s an empath, intuitive, and energy practitioner who understands how deeply energy affects how we feel, heal, and move through life.

In addition to Reiki, Moe offers spiritual mentoring for those beginning to explore their own energy or navigating the holistic world with curiosity and questions.

Moe is always happy to talk about how Reiki can support pets dealing with stress, recovery, or change—it’s a gentle and powerful complement to veterinary care.

If you’re feeling off, overwhelmed, or just ready for something more aligned, Moe would love to support you.
